Iceland – Cycling Holidays in the Land of Fire & Ice

Stunning volcanic landscapes, wild coastlines, a fascinating & independent culture, stupendous skies, geothermal hot pools and an incredible networks of both tarmac & gravel roads make Iceland a cycling destination at the wilder and more adventurous end of the spectrum … or should that be aurora ..?

For the first of our Icelandic itineraries we have chosen to ride largely on gravel roads in the West, North West & Highland Regions of the country.  We have crafted an itinerary which delivers diverse, challenging & rewarding riding which, by including a few strategic transfers, allows us to explore these regions in detail.

Whilst not a budget holiday haven, Iceland offers the gravel loving cyclist a genuinely unique and magical holiday experience that many seasoned travellers rate as being one of the finest, safest and most happening adventure travel destinations on the planet.
